The project is a well-maintained and institutionally owned Class A property with freeway visibility in a suburban Sacramento sub-market.  It provides an excellent low-cost alternative to rising downtown market rates and also provides better commute patterns and easier parking than higher priced downtown alternatives.


Insight implemented a capital improvement plan including new name and branding, new lobby entrance art, and a new tenant lounge and coffee and deli bar.  The leasing and stabilization plan is in process and the project continues to return 5% annual distributions (paid quarterly) to all investors as projected while maintaining significant cash reserves for pending lease up and rollover.
