The Taft is a new $75M apartment development currently under construction in downtown San Jose immediately adjacent to the San Jose Convention Center. The Taft is a 130 unit building that Acquity is building with our joint venture partner Cigna Realty Advisors, a division of Cigna Insurance (NYSE: CI), one of the largest insurance companies in the U.S. with a market cap of $64.5 billion.
Execution
Designed by our open-source partner Steinberg Hart Architects, the Taft is currently in construction and the project’s concrete foundation were poured the first week of October.
